"Human Resource Management is the biggest asset in any organization"

In today’s management world, employees are referred to as human resources. There is no doubt that people are and will always be the biggest asset for any organization. Human Resource Management in a simple term means managing the humans or people. Human Resource Management is responsible for how people are managed in the organizations. It is responsible for bringing people in organization helping them perform their work, compensating them for their work and solving problems that arise. 
Human Resource Management is a process of bringing people and organizations together so that the goals of each are met. It tries to secure the best from people by winning their wholehearted cooperation. In short, it may be defined as the art of procuring, developing and maintaining competent workforce to achieve the goals of an organization in an effective and efficient manner.

Human resource managers play an important role in an organization’s success. They are involved in various activities such as recruiting the right kind of people, staffing, training and development, motivation and maintenance. They keep on searching and recruiting people having not only the right kind of qualification but also having right kind of attitude and emotional balance. They ensure that employee goals and organization goals are moving in the same direction. 

Any organization whether it is large or small have to take care of its people if it has to grow and prosper. It has to identify high performers and average performers and train those average performers to improve their capabilities and skills. This is possible only through human resource management.


Thus, we can say that Human Resource Management is the most valuable asset in any organization.
